Check out our carpool lane map below to find carpool lanes on your route to work.  People who use these lanes save an average of 36 minutes a day over how long it would take to drive alone. In a year that adds up to the equivalent of two and a half work weeks free from sitting in traffic.

Children count as carpool partners and motorcyclists are permitted to ride alone in carpool lanes. Only enter and exit carpool lanes at areas designated with signs and broken yellow or white lines. Always check signs to see how many passengers are required. Passenger requirements are in effect 24 hours a day except where posted. Violations of the rules carry a $341 fine.
